 PT TUV Rheinland Indonesia (TRID) is a private organization in the field of testing, inspecting and certification services and is a member of TUV Rheinland Group headquartered in Cologne, Germany. Previously, PT TUV Rheinland Indonesia named PT TUV International Indonesia which was established in 1996 and after several discussion and consideration PT TUV International Indonesia changed its name into PT TUV Rheinland Indonesia in 2010.
Besides having an office and Laboratory Testing in Jakarta, TRID also opened representative offices in Medan, Surabaya, Batam, Yogyakarta and Bandung and Bali.

Railway Engineer

Job Location: Jakarta | Deadline: 30 June 2013

Responsibility

  • executing projects related to effectiveness and efficiency of the railway’s business such as customer satisfaction, sales and profit achievement
  • establish the initiative and action plans in line with the strategic business to support the deployment of the management policy
  • maintaining and improving the image of TUV Rheinland Group and PT TUV Rheinland Indonesia.

Requirement

  • mechanical or electrical engineer
  • experienced in railway industry
  • familiar with local and international Standards of Railway
  • fluent in English, and other language (Chinese/ Japanese) preferred
  • willing to be mobile
     

HR Administration Staff

Job Location: Jakarta | Deadline: 30 June 2013

Responsibility

  • Administer employee documents based on procedures in an orderly and correct documentation.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for handling administrative and documentation for Foreign Workers (TKA) that will work in the company.
  • Administer employee performance data such as attendance, leave, overtime, health benefits and make the report.
  • Updating documents that will be reported to the relevant agencies (Manpower Dept.) and make sure the document is reported prior to its expiration.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with other units of matters relating to Human Resources.
  • Saving and documenting employee data in order to stay up to date.
  • Perform additional work instructed directly by the superior.

Requirement

  • Male / Female, max 27 years old.
  • Minimum D3 Degree, majoring in Psychology/ Administration/ secretary background.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as HR Staff/ Admin.
  • Having a good communication, presentation and reporting skill.
  • Familiar with Ms. Office (word, excel, power point)
  • Fluent in English, both for speak and written.
  • Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Dynamic, discipline, initiative, hard working, self-motivated person.
